Myself,   Dr. Tarawati Sharma. I am a leading medical practitioner and a family physician having more than 17  years of experience. I have done B.A.M.S from a reputed college in Maharashtra.

Why this Blog?

In these many years of practice, I have observed that many people unaware of nutrition facts have developed wrong eating habits which leads to various health problems.

Nowadays, the most common health issues seen among people are weight gain, diabetes, obesity, hypertension, thyroid, arthritis, and digestion-related problems that give symptoms like back pain, joint pain, excess sweating, fatigue, depression, dyspnea (shortness of breath), etc. It’s not easy to live with these symptoms for a long time. The permanent solution to all these problems is to follow a healthy and nutrition-rich diet and do regular exercises.
I have created this blog to share my clinical experiences and knowledge on weight loss tips, diet plans, ayurveda tips, and nutrition, and to guide people on how to stay a healthier lifestyle.

I am here to support my readers who want to maintain a nutritious diet to keep themselves fit and healthy. All it requires is eating the right food in the required proportion that the body needs for good health.

I firmly believe that a simple nutritious diet can help to overcome all sorts of health problems like weight gain, obesity, diabetes,  thyroid, PCOS/PCOD, postpartum weight gain, etc. Along with diet plans, exercise, and yoga, meditation is also important and should be included in our daily routine to keep ourselves motivated and happy on the journey to good health.
